@jasonlives6923 that's definitely a draft. Difference is of course, one country is fighting to survive. And the other is drafting to attack a peaceful country.

@jasonlives6923 it would matter. If someone strikes first it's self defense. But obviously the best thing is to remove yourself. Just like Russia should remove itself from Ukraine.
