It's not their strength. It's what anyone would do. And Ukraine still uses a lot of their old Soviet weapons. So hardly the best of any NATO nation.

@Алекс-б1у4о no such thing as a democratically elected junta. The political body of Ukraine didn't change, it wasn't gone. The only difference was the president who left. And it's assembly body that already existed, resolved that.

Anthony Martin stop acting like Russia is fighting for anything good when it's being imperialistic. Mistreats it's citizens, oppressed them. Has a sham democracy with an authoritarian regime in place.

@mashaswied it also says that Russia occupied and came in militarily. That just wasn't the way to handle it.

Geba that's not what happened. Russia sent people in to the region to destabilize it. Then bombed the region, then missled both sides. Militarily took over the region regardless of what the population wanted. Threw out it's government. Displaced the people. Had armed people walk around. And even then, there were almost no deaths because that cooled down. There was no constant bombing. And we know Russia isn't peace loving as they've invaded multiple countries with this same tactic, including Ukraine.

@АртемАртем-л4э the people from the donbas that were displaced are still in Ukraine. The people in the donbas were not attacked, as Ukraine still controlled areas there. Russia and the separatist terrorists attacked people in the donbas. They oppressed people there. Ukraine fought the separate terrorists, and Russian soldiers and mercenaries that Russia sent in.
