  1.  @offlinegirl5956  look at a map of areas Putin has taken. You'll see how Putin has crept onto it's neighbors in at least 3 countries. He's held power for 20 years. He's spoiled. Both in the sense of being rotten, and getting away with this bs.

  4.  @mae2309  the Minsk agreement that broke down. That Russia never did anything about, including never stopping unmarked troops, or removing the weapons it gave to the separatist terrorists. The terrorists never stopped fighting. Russia negotiated in bad faith and never tried to get things implemented. And Ukraine actually did a couple of the agreements, one sidedly. Ukraine did 3 of the agreements within months. According to Russia, it had nothing to do with them anyway. And then explain all the land grabs Russia has done besides that. As it claws it's way westward.

  5.  @anchorread68  that wouldn't work. Russia simply wouldn't give it back. And 50 years is enough to import the population. Run out anyone who disagrees. Or just brainwash the next generation. Alternatively, it raises the possibility of the next gen just feeling Russian. And it's a concession by force and a surrender. That's not much of a negotiation or compromise. A compromise would be having the U.N peace keepers come in, and in a year's time or so, hold a referendum.

  7.  @mae2309  the US didn't back a coup. They talked about what to do after a government figure was ousted. And you ignore that it's about Russia, and that Russia didn't respect it's promise towards Ukraine. Trying to justify it ignores that Russia lied. The agreement was on its end. No matter what happened in the country after they rejected Russia's puppet.
