You don't know anything more than anyone else. Ukraine hasn't acknowledged anything as far as I know and this story didn't mention it either.

@SaltySjon There's zero evidence anyway. Russia would have to allow other countries in to check. And again, remember when Russia bombed their own city. Russia acts like Ukraine would do this on purpose. Like this casts them in a bad light when it really doesn't. They hit a supply plane.

They lie a lot but we should never dismiss that they would inform of something useful to them. Or something they think it is. No facts are known, and no fact would make Ukraine look bad anyway. At least internationally.
