  4.  @divinaluz7  He didn't divide them, he apparently said some will be homeless and that somehow that will affect housing. But native population sounds like code. The reporter herself seems like she or her parents immigrated. The issue is almost never immigration. because they don't control what houses are built or how many. And they'll be less likely and in a worst position to afford one immediately.
