  1. The issue is that no population has stabilized really. It is a constant downward spiral. So what you're doing is replacing humanity. That doesn't solve the issue.

  2. That's never how it is. And people have had kids for less and come out as well as any other. What that does is just ease the stress of kids. It widens it a bit so the person's who'd have them can afford it a bit better.

  3. While that's an issue. Decline happens in every country that's developed. So it doesn't matter beyond leading to some sad stuff like babies being abandoned.

  4. I remember a few years ago where they practically kicked out or harassed all the foreigners living there.

  5. Honestly in countries that dealt with it, it didn't go up significantly. One person said urbanization. I usually describe it as culture. The reason for kids fundamentally changes.
