Yes there can..and there will be. The goal is to unify peace plans and processes. Unifying under international law. And create something that can be applied later Ukraine and Russia. Basically at this stage, Russia isn't necessary and like someone else said, doesn't want to participate.

@MrThartofwar it's absolutely realistic. But those conditions aren't for talks. Russia aggression is illegal. It's realistic in the sense that Russia can do it. Just like the US left. Worrying about embarrassment when you're wrong is ridiculous.

@Gerrard_Pike2008 it's exactly that mentality that keeps the war going, and shows why Russia is in the wrong and incapable of understanding why. Winning or losing doesn't matter when the premise is fundamentally wrong.
