@RC-tv7hi NATO doesn't have lands. Each country has their own lands. They join a pact of mutual defense. Russia started a war. It ended peace. Because it doesn't give a damn about peace. Edit: NATO or the U.S should set up a base. Because that's the only assurance of peace for a Russian neighbor.
