@MI_Prepper laughable. You can still stop crime even when there are no guns. But the criminal wouldn't have used a gun to kill people, which can kill at medium to long range, and fire an insane amount in a short time.

@nmsauditor1a950 a police officer stopped him. The good guy with a gun idea is about regular citizens. An action hero fantasy that rarely happens. Though sometime it does, I remember it did once, and the police shot the hero. Because it's just dangerous all around.

@themartdog where did that political belief come from, how did it develop, if not because of events like this, and statistics about guns. And why act like your response isn't also based on a long held political belief, and that's why you're defying doing anything about an issue Politics is about dealing with issues. Like cleaning the streets ect. People can have a political belief in how to tackle that.

@jager6863 the price of your kid being shot by a stranger in a public space. You're lack of empathy is amazing. Cars don't exist to kill people. It's the sole purpose of guns. Just like deaths from falling aren't the same as being killed by a gun. But people can pass better laws to control traffic and licensing ECT.
