@bgdabg6769 you should tell that to Russia because they missed the memo or don't know got to navigate or something, cause they ended up in Ukraine fighting and killing people. But I guess that was an accident according to you

@norbertgeorge you're missing a lot. Russia started a campaign, or renewed it's campaign to destabilize and topple Ukraine. Lately they've lost and started a temper tantrum to keep what they've gain.

@jazzytimes2373 except that's not true. And it's not self defense to attack someone that wasn't going to attack you. And NATO tried working with Russia. In fact, the EU also tried working with them. There's no real reason for Russia's actions other than ego or an attempt to grow using military force because it can't handle that it isn't the Soviet union by a few old warhawks.

@jazzytimes2373 It wasn't, and it doesn't have to be. The irony is that Russia is creating enemies for both it and the world and leading the world to it's current heighten state. NATO was keen to establish a friendly partnership with Russia. Usually NATO doesn't act without UN approval, which Russia has influence in. That aside, Russia has nuclear weapons. And currently NATO isn't intervening yet despite Russia's actions. Russia's threat is that it wouldn't be able to attack it's neighbors apparently. Like what proof is there that NATO would be a threat to Russia? Especially when it was willing to be partners with it. As well, NATO wouldn't be popular if Russia didn't make it appealing by being threatening to it's neighbors.

@bgdabg6769 Then disprove what I've said I'll disprove something you said. Russia went into Ukraine. Ukraine didn't go into Russia. NATO didn't get Ukraine to go into Russia to attack it. Western countries are helping NATO because it's the victim, and they're allies. And maybe it doesn't hurt that they aren't happy with Russia when it comes to aid. But NATO didn't start this as a proxy war.

@jazzytimes2373 Iraq wasn't NATO. Are you happy now, knowing that NATO wouldn't do that. And you've got it backwards. After the Soviet collapse, other countries were welcoming of Russia. And Russia seemed to accept it. And Russia has been harassing it's neighbors. And what if Ukraine or Georgia or Moldova doesn't want to be part of Russia's plans. Why not understand other people like that. Why can't you put yourself in their shoes.
