  1. Is it one hegemon, or is it the west which is by definition is a collective. What about breaking UN international law, is that a collective or one hegemon. Replacing the current order with a worst, more inhumane one, led by a collective of dictatorships doesn't sound great to the rest of us. I'm all for a more plural world, but not the growing equivalent of a new axis powers.
