@couchcommando7506 you are defending the cops. And you're justifying this. Most people recognize Vinson/the man as complying. He seems to be doing his best to comply while the cops are both aggravating him and not being clear. He wasn't being a threat at all. That cop was just taking it out on him.

@couchcommando7506 you say that but then everything else you say definitely is apologist. It's literal victim blaming. he was complying by any estimate as best he could. The treatment is uncalled for. You say you agree. But then say he brought on himself. That's contradictory.

@lew2875 by this point they could have patted him down. And it doesn't justify this treatment and beating. These cops were not fearful for their life. Maybe the dude was angry that the others ran but he was wrong to take it out on the person that stayed.
