  2. It's important to keep calm even in situations that warrant it. And it should be the police officer helps calm him down not by dragging him. Or demanding. But by being as friendly as possible. He doesn't know if the man is the dude on the warrant. His goal is to get that i.d or identification information. Being friendly and just talking and trying to convince him instead of touching him. If not from the man that the woman. Like that should be the easiest conversation that they could have anywhere. Instead of accusing. The problem with U.S police is that they are going in with accusations. But that they're also looking for other crimes. So a stop becomes a search ect. And they are taught to treat people as suspects(i.e criminals).
