  3.  @jws44444  I said this in a different comment but some of them can't work, that's a reality of the situation. They're probably on the elderly side, need acclamation, or have severe mental illnesses(perhaps even physical from years of neglect). But that still needs a solution, and requires a different type of compassion. I don't think the ones that can work, would not be willing to though. It's hard to get anything going without a stable place, without living somewhere. But we're here saying that they'll squander aid so why give it, when we don't know if they will squander it because they don't have a chance.

  4. It would ameliorate it for some. Others are too old or infirmed to do it another solution to supplement it would be good. Some homeless people can't work and never will. And like you said, some of the issues... Some people are homeless or start off that way with jobs. Or one missed payment and they can't even get to it.
