@RobertLamoa he doesn't get to tell people what to do. And when he was walking away, the dude shoved him! And he's the one aggressively getting in his face. It's amazing how you want to defend this.

@jimest4602 the latest gimmick right wingers have is the plausible deniability that there isn't enough info to decide if it's racist or not. If it's quiet or subtle, they're quick to jump in with that deniability.

My guess is that the man has some sort of problem, maybe it's physical, maybe it comes from being an ex drug user ect. So my guess is that he likes to go on walks but walks oddly or unevenly. He could also have some disease or disability. So the incidents were more of him walking and people finding it strange.

@Oscar_AH I'm not blaming him. It could be similar to this. He might not have been doing anything. But have an odd gait, look like he used to do drugs ect. That in itself could be what's bothering other people as oppose to anything he's actually doing. Basically they just think he's odd.
