  3.  @Ainttrippin  I appreciate that you want to compensate them more and that's not wrong. But people have to realize that you can give someone a turn of money but a meat grinder is still a meat grinder. Money really isn't anything when a job pushes you or breaks you physically or mentally unless you truly have no other choice.
