He wasn't a felon. Whether he could have had one is murkier but he did have a permit so it seems it was allowed.

He was running regardless of them though. Maybe it makes no difference but it's wrong to say he was running because he was trying to deescalate or any such idea.

All of you are also misleading too. Grosskruetz says he didn't intentionally aim at Kyle. The defense walked him through that. He couldn't dispute that at moment in that still, it looks that way. He also said it might look that way in that one picture. But he didn't aim at Kyle as if to shoot and had no intention of it. He's not admitting that he was going to shoot. He's not even admitting that he himself aimed.

He also said he didn't aim the gun at Kyle. If the gun pointed at him, it was apparently incidentally, according to him.

I think the complete opposite. Not just for Kyle. But all these wannabees.

There were guns going off in any video. And that was before he was chased. Rosenbaum had followed him. Who wasn't armed. The situation where he felt threatened due to being chased happened after that because he ran from the crime.

Kyle and the people that killed arbery don't want to be Batman. They have a punisher mentality. It's why you find these people talking and dehumanizing people as criminals. They have the mentality that they hope people step up so that they can have that fantasy. Its why you find a video of Kyle saying he hoped he could shoot people he sees out some story. They definitely have a vigilante fantasy. One that is lethal as can be. Grosskruetz was there to help people. Huber cared about helping people. Kyle cared about eigtht wing stuff like property. Cops over people. And shooting "criminals". That's why he was there. That's why he was there with a deadly weapon. That's why he was there despite how inconvenient it was.
