  1. Getting paid more for upper class jobs has nothing to do with mobility. Because the poor are paid less. It becomes impossible for them to better their lives with those wages. And the expenses have stagnated and shrunk the middle class, and working classes.

  2. You don't get it. He wasn't talking about communism. He's talking about the poor right now. It is insane that you think that they just aren't willing to work hard. Even the jobs you describe aren't about working hard but learning a trade.
