@dadon6055 they actually we're developing and many od the early settlers commented on it and used their development. And not even talking about their civilizations ect. Even the smaller ones had.

Bad training with bad policy. It's unfortunate. The man was probably pulling his pants up. If they have the guy with his arms up or on the ground, why not have someone else move to tie his hands. Or try to talk to him. An innocent man is dead now.

I don't know. I think that is asking too much. The reason why people learn that is because it's related to the formation of the country. The U.S is descended from the English/UK. Learning about the trans Atlantic slave trade makes sense because that's where some of the population came from. Learning about unrelated kings and queens is unrelated to the country. It works as an elective. But it doesn't make sense. And it would be too much. You can't do that for 100+ countries.

@AngelicaAngel888_ that's not it. But it honestly isn't practical or a solution. That's why schools try to mention important black figures in U.S history. It's related. What you're asking is to talk about something unrelated to the country. They didn't talk about any one in public school, other kings and such. Unless it was directly related to U.S and it's English descent and that was in a negative light. Not sure if they even mention the french. They didn't mention the Spanish ones at all. It just doesn't make sense unless it's the ones who were selling or trying to fight against the slave trade because it's unrelated to the country. The U.S tends not to cover history unrelated to itself except that which helped develop it, or the English culture that it came from. So maybe a mention of the Greeks and Romans in passing, or the Renaissance and enlightenment.

Republican campaigns are literally fear mongering and stoking hate. You're ignoring information as someone who supposedly has a doctorate. But you're also ignoring all the waves of racial hate and xenophobia that there's been. Random spikes in hating Muslims and Arabs, the random spike of Asian hatred. Some of the insane language against migrants. I'll never forget one video comment section where right wingers wanted them mowed down by the military.

@alli5779 sounds like that education was a waste. At least in developing basic comprehension in your mind. Why teach people history? Why teach people how we developed morally? Why teach people why they shouldn't be racists? These have been issues in our society. From the civil war to WW2 with Hitler. To the civil rights. And the legacy of racial hatred. That bastard didn't even say not to teach it but instead he said something factually wrong. He wants some weird fascistic constant praise of the country. Instead of actually educating and helping develop the students.

@jayjayjames2332 He wasn't a suspect because there wasn't a crime. And in what way was he suspicious. In this case it was racism of the neighbors. How can this situation be reasonable when the man perfectly explained what he was doing, no crime had been committed, and he was not doing anything criminal. People like you that are police apologize make no sense and then blame black people. He had the right not to engage with the police officer. And the police officer didn't have the right to pursue this.

@MagicalNinja112 at minute one where they talk about soliciting. He also asks what the concern is They both agree to the definition of soliciting, he says he's not. The officer doesn't disagree. And can't tell him anything he could be suspicious of. And the cop has no answer to it. The cop didn't let him go. the cop escalated it. There was no suspicion of anything. At worst, soliciting, which probably wasn't why he was called. The cops reasoning is flimsy. Concerns, but he never states over what. All their reasons for are all wrong. "Because you didn't do what he said" "Because you didn't identify yourself" He had no reason to do any of those things. And the cop had no right to demand them. There's no suspicion of anything because nothing had happen.

@troyevitt2437 social etiquette isn't the same as law. And people just walk away all the time. Why do you refuse to learn instead of siding with the police. Now you're saying people can be arrested for breaking etiquette. Look how downhill your reasoning has become. He was exactly entitled to be rude with impunity. And the cop should have accepted it. Or learn rhetoric well enough as to get information through conversational coaxing.

If there was no crime, then that cop has no more authority than you do, or I do. If you don't want my company, I can't force you. If I forced you, would you justify it so ridiculously. Even if my intentions were to keep my neighborhood safe.

@troyevitt2437 I'm glad we live in a world where a tyrant like you doesn't make laws. Here's a bit of irony for you, that black young man is a republican, who was canvassing for another republican. I recommend you watch videos comparing nordic police with the U.S, or even the U.K. well to answer what you wrote, that's exactly how it does and should work. He wasn't arrogant, he gave the officer the answer to what the officer was looking for. The officers' wanting people to do as they say is arrogant. Again, you definitely do get to tell the police to go away. Because the police are other citizens doing a job. And if their job doesn't intersect with you, then they have no authority. There was nothing to be suspicious of. No crime had been reported. The man was sitting, doing nothing, so again, no suspicious acitivity. At that point, it's essentially racial profiling. As someone stated, the only possible suspicion was whether he was soliciting, which he wasn't. And that seems like something he pulled out his butt. The officer also didn't state what concern or suspicion there was, because there weren't any. You can't arrest someone because you don't like the way they look. And that's all the call amounted to.

not exactly but a small portion of it you can see that it was trying to meme the rebel thing even though they are the resistance(and resistance fighters) and not the rebellion. You can tell that whole bit that it was due to the political climate. It was really out of place how they kept wanking themselves with that. Especially since they were blundering idiots that let a weaker enemy just stomp all over them. Like they got their asses kicked for what seemed like no good reason.
