  1. I think they did a study on mice and found sugar was more addictive than cocaine or a similar drug. I've been there. Sugar is addictive. When I'm at a party with pastries especially, I realize how weak to it I am and eat a few. But it causes problems, which is an incentive to be moderate.

  2. I've seen it in movies but I didn't quite know how much mixing was involved. I thought it was more simple like a root beer float kinda thing.
