  1. One major omission. The electricity must come from somewhere. Electric vehicles need recharging. Will our electrical grid have to be upgraded to support all of these cars? Will this amount equal or surpass the amount of ghg's because currently the only way to upgrade is to burn more coal,gas or oil? What are the facts about transfering to an electric personal vehicle as far as the energy hit on the electric grid.
