  1. As far as Musk's quote, he needed to say pure hydrogen as fossil fuels are hydrocarbons and how nature has stored the energy from the sun a hydrogen fueled fusion reactor. IMHO, one of the reasons that hydrogen used for energy is so hard to let go of us because the entire universe - stars - are fueled by this dumb energy. When life on our planet depends on hydrogen as fuel, and in other ways also water fir example, the statement needs to be straightened up. Pure hydrogen may be a difficult engineering task, but the universe using it can't be underestimated

  2. Just concerning the title, no! Eugenics was a fad that turned into psuedo science related to Piltdown man and Phrenology. Eugenics seems to say that the color of someones skin can determine how smart someone is or can be. Its not the same as engineering intelligence but its a scary though in many ways.
