  1. I agree. Its a reminder that some folks have to know what they are doing in order to get to completion. Politics (sry) these days are filled with folks that dont know what they are talking about and still keep their "high paying" supposed to be civil servant jobs. If the same requirements to know what they are doing was there also, many would rightfully be out of work, and things could go back to "could be better", but at least its not crazy. I see it the same way as you. Really, really good to see competence in action.

  2. Yes. I forgot that the big machines that he works on were built of parts that braeak and need repair. I have only seen videos of teh making of them - modern marvels type shows. Forgot that they break and really surprised to find out that they dont always go tp the manuf. At times its independants with massive skill and ability and a huge workshop that fixes them.   3. I was wondering how much scrap you recycle per month and if it makes a dent in your overall business costs. You must make enough scrap to feed a few of them "roos". Much better than turning in a few empty aluminum cans to recycle. More than a few cases of beer.
