...just like the other lawyers, he has found some guys that have passed the bar and now think they will be able to convince anybody - career members of the jan 6th committee - to believe what they want them to see. Tenured lawyers that have successful careers have all said hands off, this guy is a train wreck. So he gets guys that wont be competent in their attempt to stop the process against a now citizen of the united states. In effect, dont persecute this citizen because he doesn't want to implicate himself in trying to usurp govt policy.
