...its excatly the kind of person that he wants to appoint because its the kind of person that can be lead by him. Someone unqualified may have a feeling that they are getting a chance of something that the wouldnt normally have. Then the person that appoints them can extract favors from them. Whats the best way for someone like trump to stay out of jail? Have a "bought" judge on your side. Happened already with gettiing a special master.
