  3. But isnt it also true that simple or even complex (lol) posession of the documents is something that he cant even fight? A citizen with those documents in his or her posession is a criminal act and the only extension of courtesy is that he is a former president. He burned the length of patience. The length of rope that he had to give time to figure it out himself that they all needed to be returned. Now its criminal and since he has burned through all of the lawyers that wee competent and faithful enough to take a bullet for him, he is left with legal advice that is stating that he should go to trial. Going to trial against the govt is a bad idea, but I bet fighting mad trump wont think so. Its better for true democracy these days.
