  2. HORRIBLE MISINFORMATION. It is not true that "thinking" that is gun is present means a cop can shoot someone. That sounds like Trump saying that he could unclassify anything just by thinking about it. Most if not all statutes state that a cop MUST BE IN IMMINENT DANGER AND THREATENED for the use of a gun to be justified. But this means that every case where a perp was shot in the back proves a cop guilty of excessive force at the least. Why you might feel different as conservatives. Keep it true. Most of us have just heard of this incident so not fair to think that this persons life didn't matter. Excessive force is the theme. Its not just black or white.
