Trump is always in court. People forget that when they look at the dept of justice case its another of the over 4000 cases that Trump had brought or made happen. Clintons have been in like three cases because they aren't known for making a lot of noise that bring legal trouble to them. Trump has other personality traits that make it clear that when court comes up he'd rather do as "Cohn" would do, then just pay up and have less trouble.
