I also appreciate the fact that once again, the execs that only want to copy whats already out show, that they didnt understand what they were turning down. A game that got rejected then made into an bonus in another exec approved game, goes on to be the best selling title of all time for the Playstation. I wonder how "exec" you can be when a best selling title almost didnt get made because you were against it. Yes. I like the stories that show that one person can change the outlook, against the odds made by folks that were supposed to be in the know.

@vincentx90 I have always understood that there are many more decisions that come about when making investments yea or nay a game idea. Some make it, many more dont. I cant exactly quantify, no-one can, how many rejected games wouldnt have actually made it had the officer understood the potential. I can however make a statement about rejecting a top notch idea. Rejecting 20 half assed ideas is what you are supposed to do. Not seeing the potential of your primary moneymaker isnt supposed to be on anyones' resume. Its what I pointed out. Props for the successful. Its still not seeing the potential of an "Angry birds" franchise against ok'n production of "Swimming fish in the 90210". (If that turns out to be a good game idea, I thought of it first)
