  3. In addition to the tornados that sometimes have been known to lift lighted candles and place them down elsewhere still lit, likely nothing fell on TOP of the truck. They just fell along with the asphalt of the bridge deck and once they both hit water, the suspension bottomed out and so floated down with the rest of the debris. Looks way too clean to have been part of what else happened though.
