  1. This is crazy. So China minds its business and gets oil from not America and this makes the authoritarian upset that China has been solving its energy needs from Venezuela. America has a trade dispute with china already so whats strange if they arent expected to follow the sanctions that America has placed on Venezuela. This makes the authoritarian upset so he will increase the tariffs on China. Now AMERICANS WILL PAY MORE FOR CHINESE GOODS BECAUSE HE IS MAD THAT CHINA IS DOING BUSINESS WITH ANOTHER COUNTRY WHILE STILL NOT MAKING IT EASY TO DO BUSINESS WITH AMERICA ITSELF. Crazy.
