For my entire life I was told how much better Democracy was than Communism. I was never very political so I just knew it as something said. Now America's better way is being harassed by fascist ideas, or just authoritarian while Communism/Socialism is seen as a threat to the Democratic republic that is America. When did this happen? Was it an overreach of tariffs to show how fragile the better American way actually is? Interesting times.
