I wish I knew the particulars but this isn't anyway democratic. Its near it actually authoritarian to the Max. Don't they understand the word context. Liking a tweet can mean you agree with it whole heartedly or its just a quick bookmark to see it again. To dismiss someone over this says you don't understand the potential particulars so have just written your own dismissal form for being unqualified to make decisions that are above your understanding.
