But Expecting the then President to give commands to his "didn't incite a riot" crowds of followers while in CRIMINAL TRESSPASS AGAINST THE CAPITOL POLICE AND RULES OF ACCESS , and that isn't sufficent to convict, then something needs to be done to stop creating the idea that its ok that he said what he said. Its only a matter of a willingness to convict a legal precedent to a former president that will take all of the cloths off the former king.
