  1. The other side of the issue is that these elected folks dont really understand what they can and cannot do - according to the constitution. This says that much of acting in an position of authority is based on hearsay and what people "think" the position allows. In another way to look at it, I bet that legalized citizens understand American law better than these folks that want to tell others what to do. I bet none of them have actually read the guidelines that pertain to their position. Why? Because they "know" what they can do.....just because...
