  1. Wind and solar energy can be produced LOCALLY and do not need imported fuels. Homes and businesses can add solar panels to their roofs and be less reliant on the central grid. It is crazy that countries still rely so much on fossil fuels when wind and solar combined with battery storage are the future. WInd and solar energy combined with battery storage are safer, cleaner, cheaper and more reliable.
