Being over weight is a huge risk factor for dying from the virus. Too many people are over weight. Eat a healthy whole food plant based diet and exercise regularly

  2. India has too many people and too few resources. This is very tragic. Population needs to be in balance with jobs, resources, nature and the environment. The virus and fungus are nature fighting back. Humans are crowding out all other species of plants and animals. Men need to be more responsible for their children or get a vasectomy. More people demand more resources. Endless population growth is not sustainable on a finite planet. Irresponsible people are not wearing their masks properly and are not keeping social distance. Avoid large gatherings. Wear a mask, keep social distance.
