  1. The only way to stop ILLEGAL immigration is to make anyone that comes to the US illegally ineligible for citizenship or asylum. Requiring people to apply in their home countries, at an embassy or at the border is the only way to slow illegal crossings at the border. Anyone caught crossing illegally should be sent back to their home countries and made ineligible to stay in the US.
