Electric Vehicles look like a good option to avoid gas and diesel fuel shortages. Solar panels combined with battery storage at homes and businesses are a great option so you can charge your vehicle at home or work. Distributed local energy sources are the future.

VonX x Battery packs last the life of the vehicle or more. No need for replacement. Costs have also dropped for batteries every year and are now around $5000 and getting cheaper every year.

@antifactoid Wind and solar energy combined with battery storage are safer, cleaner and cheaper than fossil fuels. You can build a NEW solar plant and run it for less than the monthly costs of fueling and maintaining a coal or natural gas power plant. Financial institutions are divesting from fossil fuels. They are money losers.
