  1. Doesn't cold exposure restrict blood vessels ? Would this not be risky for anyone with heart disease ? The majority of people 80% are now overweight or obese. High blood pressure, heart disease, diabetes and cancer are huge problems. If you have any risk factors, which most people do, constricting your blood vessels might induce a heart attack or stroke. It may be good for the healthy 20% of the population but for the majority of people they need to eat healthy and get some exercise. Both of you are lean, healthy people. Sadly, most people are not.
