Fast food and sugary drinks are contributing to the problem of poor health and obesity. Eat a healthy plant based diet and exercise regularly. Reduce or ELIMINATE cows milk, eggs, cheese and meat. Eat more salad greens, beans, fruit and vegetables. Eliminate fast food, snacks like cookies, cakes, chips, and sugary drinks and juices. Every adult and child should own a bicycle and ride it regularly. Regular exercise will help you sleep better. Yoga is a great stress reducer. Obesity is all too common today. Get off the couch. Get off the phone, ipad or video game. A variety of stretching and other exercises help with increased mobility. Ride to work, ride to school, ride for fun. Every city should be a bicycle city. Speak up for bicycles in your community

Don't believe the covid denier / anti vax lies.They will lie, cheat, steal or make up any conspiracy theory to hurt their opponents and the country. They are all in it for the money. Gullible people believe the lies and send them money. What a bunch of scammers. People are dying and all they think about is political advantage.

  3. Covid deniers and climate change deniers are the same. Both do not believe in science and experts. These are both risks for all economies around the world. People are selfish and don't want to be bothered with restrictions. Now they are paying for their recklessness. Wear a mask and cover your nose. Get vaccinated when it is available. Keep social distance. As more people get vaccinated every day the risks for everyone decreases and more businesses can open up. Every week it will continue to get better as more people are vaccinated.
