Faux Noise and Murdoch media admitted in court that they lied to the viewers and paid $787 million dollars US to settle the law suit. They admitted they lied because that is part of their business model to rile people up and feed them misinformation. Their gullible viewers believed the lies. In text messages between employees they admitted they knew they were spreading lies but continued because that is what their viewers wanted to hear. There is too much misinformation being spread and too many gullible people believe the lies.
