  1. Climate change and rising sea levels will make properties in coastal areas impossible to insure. Banks will be reluctant to give a mortgage for 15 or 30 years because the property may be under water. Selling properties to average buyers will become impossible in the future as banks and mortgage companies stop making loans for these properties.

  2. Climate Change will impact everyone. It is making weather events more extreme. Individuals, politicians and businesses need to dump fossil fuels and install solar energy. We are destroying the very air, land and water resources we all need to survive. We must take better care of the natural environment. All government buildings must install solar panels. All businesses must install solar panels. Coal power plants need to shut down and be replaced with solar energy.
