Eat more vegetables. Greens, kale, spinach, beets, onions, garlic, broccoli, mushrooms, beans, nuts and seeds.
Eat less or no meat, eggs, dairy, cheese and sugar. It will be healthier for people. It is better for the animals and better for the planet. Obesity is at epidemic levels. Fast food and sugary drinks are making the problem worse.
