  1. Legacy auto dealers screwed their customers by selling vehicles with huge, over MSRP, markups. I do not feel sorry for the dealers. Everyone hates going to dealers because you always walk out feeling cheated. Dealers are their own worst enemy. They did not treat their customers well and the customers will remember that. Given the opportunity to buy a vehicle online is looking good to many people. No haggle, No crazy markups. Tesla's online sales is a 5 minute, no hassle buy. Legacy auto dealers are doomed.
