  1. There are many older homes needing to be updated and repaired in many cities. Too many people want a move in ready home with little on no sweat equity. There are many bargains out there in older neighborhoods. I love the HGTV show Good Bones where Mina and Karen are fixing up older homes in Indianapolis. They are taking homes for less than $30,000 and rebuilding them into beautiful homes and uplifting their neighborhood. I wish HGTV shows would take on young interns and apprentices in these cities and teach them how to rebuild older less expensive homes.
