They get away with it most of the time by calling their shows, articles and segments "OPINION" pieces and NOT FACTS. Only a few brave people and corporations are willing to sue Faux and right wing media when they lie. The cult leaders need to be sued and prosecuted. If Faux can be sued so can the cult leaders.
