  1. Declining population is a good thing. Population density needs to be in balance with jobs and resources. Many jobs are being replaced by robots and computers leaving many people unemployed. As the country continues to increase automation less people will be required. In order to reduce poverty the numbers of people need to be in balance with jobs, resources and food. Adding more unemployed people to the population only drives down wages and benefits and decreases the standard of living. The only people that want growing populations are those that believe in the endless growth of GDP around the world. These people only want cheap labor and they are not interested in the the quality of life benefits to society or the damage to the environment. Every additional person adds to the Climate Crisis and eventual collapse of the environment we depend on.

  2. India has too many people and too few resources. Poverty is high, Homeless children wander the streets, pollution is terrible and women are treated poorly. Men need to take more responsibility for their children or get a vasectomy. Poverty is everywhere. Population needs to be in balance with jobs and resources. India has more people than jobs. Having children starving and begging in the streets is cruel.
