  1. If China is going to invest in infrastructure they should speed up investments in wind and solar energy. There is a climate crisis leading to more extreme weather events. Coal power plants need to be phased out quickly. The belt and road initiative should have helped countries build wind and solar energy that would eventually pay for itself. Floods, droughts and extreme weather will impact food production and society.

  2. This is economic collapse. Government policies are destroying the economy. China is uninvestable. There is no rule of law. There is no freedom of speech. There is no freedom of movement. Internet activity is monitored. Cameras monitor public spaces. No privacy. Numbers produced by companies or the government can not be trusted. New laws put everyone at risk for arrest for spying. Corruption is everywhere.
