  2. Wind and solar energy can be produced locally and do not need to be imported. Time to go all in on renewable energy sources. Europe should subsidize installation of electric heat pumps for homes and businesses and eliminate old polluting gas and oil boilers for heating. They also need to encourage the adoption of all electric vehicles.
